Return & Refund Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns of unused products within 30 days. After the returned item is received and inspected, SOK Battery will issue a refund subject to the following conditions:

  1. A 10% restocking fee applies to refunds. Orders canceled before shipment do not incur a restocking fee.
  2. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  3. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.
  4. The return window is 30 days.
  5. Use the original SOK packaging.
  6. A 4% bank processing fee is paid by the buyer.

Processing Fees

Payment processing fees on the original payment may not be returned when a payment is refunded. Banks and card networks may retain processing costs for refunded transactions.

Please allow 1–2 weeks for a return to be processed. Before shipping, contact us to obtain a return authorization number.

Discounted items are not eligible for return. SOK Battery does not issue refunds for products purchased through distributors or retail partners.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the condition received. Items may otherwise be ineligible for refund or subject to a restocking fee. We recommend an insured, trackable return service. We cannot issue a refund without receipt of the item or proof of received return delivery. All returned goods will be inspected.
